Breathwork. It is where it all begins. I dislike commodifying it! Our breath is the space we have between our consciousness and our reality. Come explore breathwork to develope your discipline and improve your  energy.

MEDITATION

After a brief consultation where I will ask some basic questions. We will find ourselves comfortably seated and make space to meditate. With my  guidance, you will find yourself grounded, centered, and empowered.

SOUND THERAPY

Get on the phone and talk to God. Say, "Namaste, Ganesh, I would to be connect to Buddha/Shiva/Jesus." I will do the rest.

I started my personal practice in '99. In 2000, I decided to dive deeper into yoga. 700hours of qualifications later, and I'm still curious and eager to dive deeper still.

    Walk amongst the glorious mountains. Allow yourself to be humbeled. Taking place during the Thai New Year, we will go on a yoga journey thru Katmandu, Pokara, & the Himalaya! We will have a full moon walking meditation with our ancestors.

SPARTAN SMART RECOVERY

WORKSHOPS


After you exert yourself, do you just think about drinking lots of water and ice-bath? How much time, energy, and effort do you put into your recovery? Do you devote as much thoughtful planning & care into your time immediately after a race as you do in preparation for the same race? Many athletes, myself included, don't invest the same bandwidth into our post-race agenda as we do into our pre-race agendas. Many  people just haphazardly collapse into the rest of their race-day without reflection. Our workshop will review several modalities to support the body's exertions. These workshops are not therapy. They are for Spartan atheletes who have just finished the race and left it all on the field. Clients review what serves them. Note well, as we will often do some partner work, it is ideal if you attend with you life partner.

This workshop is especially for beginners & bulky individuals who wish to increase their range of motion, or anyone who wishes to reflect on tools to add to their recovery toolbox.

Please cancel one week before the event or lose your deposit. If you cancel more than 1 week before the event, I will return 50%. If you cancel more than 2 weeks before the event, I will return 80%.

No problem! A day pass of 5000 baht will allow you to participate in our entire workshop. Note well, for Chiang Mai Spartan Race, 27/28 September, there will be no day pass. 

You're the lucky one! Maybe you will be the teacher's demonstration model! 

No, it may look like that to an outsider. Yoga is much more however.  What cannot be seen is the intention. Stretching is often done in a  perfuntory way; initiated without the intention setting for which yoga excels. Yoga marries motion to the breath. In these workshops, we will explore much more than the asana practice that looks like stretching to onlookers. Asana is just one limb of yoga. We will explore other limbs of yoga such as meditation and breathwork to support our recovery efforts in addition to asana practice.
