This Recovery Lab is for you!
Dip Onsen has lovely static options such as hot tubs, steam rooms, and a beautiful clean kitchen. Gabe Heck, Kru Sunshine & I will lead dynamic practices and sessions, which will support your facia and digestion as well as diminished decrease muscle soreness, and lead you on an experience of different recovery modalities, and ways to support recovery.
You will be presented with 5 offerings of yoga:
Guided Meditation
Breathwork
Detox Yoga
Rebooth Yoga
Sound bath
Additionally, enjoy sessions at sauna, steam room, cold plunge/ice bath throughout the session.
The Schedule
We will begin the workshop at 4pm and finish at 7pm.

8:45 - 9:00 | Onsen Facilities
*Attendees have a day pass to DIP Onsen and can enjoy the facilities some more, before or after the lab session.
